Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message is a step toward a booking, and Article 6(1)(a) where you ask us to contact you.
How long
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and to meet Spanish accounting or consumer rules, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
